Got invited to a Mod's 18th birthday party last night so went along to show the dance floor some of my best moves. Cough cough!
Nearly 50 now so had to make an effort. What was funny is that most of the 99% younger people could not keep up with The Specials I asked Mr DJ to play! Hope for me yet...

Anyone else experienced teenagers randomly shouting "Oi" or similar when riding alone. Its like some sort of tourettes, its only when they've a few mates as an audeince of course. Rarely happens now with the GTS, but got it a lot with the PX and the more trad looking Smallframe I had.
I'm sure if I stopped and said "What?" they'd have f*ck all to say.

Pull over and shit them up,works every time!!!!.(Twats). .

Pete.. Its a bit like when you get a gang stood in the middle of the path blocking it. I tend to walk right through the middle of em and they dont know what to make of it!

in the late 70's early 80's we had school (friends) all sporting flickers, fred perrys, and kickers... throwing duckers "Big Rocks" at us coming away from the twisted wheel scooter club when it was at the bee hive in clifton and i was on my little vep 90 (Ahem) riding at a legal age of course :-), How times have changed , this continued but at least i managed to stop one night with me bird and confront (Shall we call him Geoff) o/s the chippy and twat him in the bollox resulting in A&E ..... Oh happy days and still scooting.

They called themselves Perry Boys round our way.
