Twas a wet start for some but luckily it stayed dry for most of the day. To say that the police were in charge, it was one of the worst ride outs I've been on in terms of marshalling. We had one bobby leading us and one roundabout stopped by them on the way to Trafford Park, that was it. Orders were given that anyone with L plates riding on the Mancunian Way will be booked. Another great Sunday ride with plenty of fish and chips to finish off with. Apart from a bit of rain and my scoot cutting out as I headed for home on the East Lancs, (didn't have the petrol on reserve...DOH!!) all in all it was a fabulous day with fantastic company. Pics now up.... click here

The Weather tried its damnedest to spoil this rally but it failed as come 4 pm the weather was cracking the flags. This is a good friendly rally and you can see why it is all ticket because it has everything for ecveryone. The Pogues had this sewn up and from the camping to the good bar prices and food it was worth every penny. Great weekend in Kelso, first time i have done it but it reminded me so much of Holiday in Holland with the 'All On One Site' and One Fee. There were loads of the Lancs Alliance who made the pilgrimage and it was great to see so many of our Clubs represented. It was a cold crisp afternoon in Bamber Bridge for the Number One's meeting with the Temprature hovering around 2 degrees less windchill!!. Some HardCore had ridden on Scooters but the rest of us lesser mortals had took the car!! Plenty of variation for next season and everyone had there say in support of there own clubs.
