Cheers buddy, been a long process, with the weather being decent for the last few days I have got a lot done, didn't know wether to use those drop bars but now they are on they look good. Having reed valve fitted due to badly damaged crank pad (always use an air filter!!!!), already was a 210 but having all ports polished nicely and fitting full circle crank, wife went mad when she saw the price, "£130 for a heavy lump of metal!!" they just don't understand do they? LOL

engine not far off just fitted reed and beaings just need to repair cush drive (need to take to work) need to take crank and fly wheel to machine will be finished for next week end so should be ok for gingers

the old type cruciform is rounded on one side and does look worn, let me know what to order mate and i will order bits whilst i am away on course. I think if i remember the new type will not work with that engine due to axle size. could be that was run with worn cruciform for too long, it would not stay in any gear when i got it, changed cruciform and it was ok, never jumped again. i think new gear rod, washer and cruciform should do it.
